Shaykh Nagib began his Islamic education at a young age, completing Quran memorization at Darul Uloom Leicester, a renowned Islamic institution, by the age of 16. He subsequently undertook a six-year intensive Alimiyyah program, delving into Arabic, Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), Hadith, Quranic exegesis (tafseer), and Islamic history. Graduating in 2003, Shaykh Nagib has since dedicated himself to education and Dawah (Islamic outreach).

He served as the Development Officer for Ethnic Minorities at the largest supplementary school in the Southwest of England. Shaykh Nagib is the founder and head of Quran Academy (www.quranacademy.org.uk). His community leadership includes roles as a community governor at Millpond Primary School, Bristol (2011-2012), and Muslim chaplain at Guys Marsh HMP (2009-2011).
